Baked Alaska from Ici (mine looked a bit bloodier inside--inner layer: raspberry rose, outside layer: strawberry--so I clipped this from the website). Oh, and my Mom is going to Independence, MO. How cool is that! It'll be weird to not see her for that long, but it will be such a great experience for her!
